Creamy & Simple Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 14oz artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup wilted spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • shredded mozzarella
  • Cauliflower Snacking Crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients, except for mozzarella cheese, in a bowl until combined and creamy.
  3. Transfer mixture into an oven safe bowl. Top dip with mozzarella.
  4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with Cauliflower Snacking Crackers and ENJOY!
